From the reviews
I have been to multiple therapist over the years and none of them compare to Jenny! She professional, very knowledgeable and always explains to how improve my at home care between massages. I have referred multiple people who love her also, and will continue to! Go she her you won't be disappointed!
CrossFunction has been my choice for PT (it’s not just a massage) for a few years. I’m a little slow on the google review, but I’ve been in to see Jenny, Gretchen and Cindy. You can’t go wrong with anyone on the team. They have all been excellent!
I am a massage therapist myself, and an active athlete with years of injuries stored in my body. I receive massages often as a part of my self care. But this was a whole new level of self care, it truly was a self recovery massage, and it was so needed.
My husband and I both get massages from Jenny at the Lynnwood location and we love it. Jenny actively listens when I'm describing the problem areas I want to work on, and administers very effective treatment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
