From the reviews

Professional knowledgeable and personable. I had an issue on my back but now a back problem. They tied me in knots and rolled me like a butterball and discovered my pain was from my ribs. Immediately started a plan to get my muscle back in line with the rest of my body.

IRG is a place that you can go confidently and know that you’ll get the proper care and instruction to help you down your journey of recovery and or improvement to a chronic situation.

★★★★★ — Denny, Oct 2025

I am so excited to have had my shoulder surgery and IRG has been helping me regain strength and ROM. I'm just a few weeks into the process, and it will take a while, maybe a long while. But I'm improving every day and IRG has been very proactive about getting me started.

★★★★★ — Todd, Jun 2026

I love PT at IRG. My therapist, Marchelle, has been amazing. She explains everything as she works with me, she is kind and friendly and funny. I feel like my recovery from knee replacement surgery has progressed quickly because of her care. I also just really enjoy the whole staff at IRG.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
