From the reviews
I am so very happy being able to work with Brady Quinn. He is professional & exceptionally knowledgeable about the human body & it’s failings. He is helping me very much in having less pain & increasing the functionality of my hip, knee & ankle after an old injury was causing much distress & limitations.
Brady is very knowledgeable and a master at his craft! He is professional, kind, and has a calming energy. You can tell that he cares about his clients and how he can help improve their quality of life.
I was able to see Brady for a year before I unexpectedly had to move away. Since then, I still have challenges with finding anyone that matches Brady's level of skill, versatility, talent, knowledge and genuine care. Brady is one of a kind and a huge gift you can give yourself or to others for one's well-being.
Brady is an amazing resource. I really appreciate his assessment skills and the treatment plan he develops. He has helped me address injuries from endurance sports as well as a recent accident. Highly recommended.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
