From the reviews
The team here is highly competent AND kind, a combination that seems rarer and rarer these days. They educate me in addition to taking time to check in with how I’ve been feeling throughout my pregnancy.
I have been going to this office for 7 years! My family loves all the chiropractors here! I always see Brent and he does such a great job! Plus he loves my little girl and makes me feel comfortable to bring her to my appointments. That is big win for me since I don't have a babysitter!
I had a really nice massage here. She was very knowledgeable, perfect pressure and very friendly. It was super affordable! There are group classes and a lot of other services that I will make time to try soon.
Dr. Caley is OUTSTANDING and truly goes above and beyond for her patients. I went to her today for the second time and she was thorough, funny, knowledgeable and she really knew how to make me feel comfortable and confident that she would take care of me.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
