Nicole is the best massage therapist I’ve been to! She has been doing cupping on my leg that has had chronic pain since I broke it ten years ago. I’ve had surgeries, multiple rounds of PT, reiki, chiropractic, steroid injections, and nothing has relieved the pain and tightness like cupping with Nicole.
Nicole was highly recommended to me by a colleague. I do not do massage regularly but after my first session, I could tell the reason was because I needed someone who could work on my body and know what to do without a lot of feedback from me. Nicole is someone who can do that for you.
As a massage therapist myself, its easy to judge what another therapist is like.. and usually quite hard to do what I would call phenomenal.. I literally booked another 2 hr session before I left 🖤🖤🖤 Nicole is totally in tune to your needs!!!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
