From the reviews

Tim is truly an expert at his craft. I went for a deep tissue massage with him after I had thrown out my back and he was so thorough and knowledgeable. He focused on my problem areas and trigger points, and incorporated cupping to help with my injury.

★★★★★ — Leigh, Jan 2025

Tim is such a nice guy, and the atmosphere in there, wow fantastic. So much space but still so warm and inviting. Tim is a very intuitive massage therapist, he figures out spots that you didn't even know were an issue.

★★★★★ — Brandon, May 2025

Tim is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. His work is transformative and healing. After the massage I felt amazing, best I’ve felt in a long time and the impact lasted for weeks. Unlike any massage I’ve ever received.

★★★★★ — Just, Aug 2024

I myself are a Massage Therapist and I’ve gone to Tim for some self care and issues I’ve been having with sore neck & shoulders and Tim REALLY helped relieve the tension. He has a great touch and he incorporates range of motion and stretching with his massage. He’s definitely the best massage I ever had.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
