From the reviews
I have been seeing Ashley for massage therapy for quite a while now and I can genuinely say, there is no one else I’d rather see for a treatment. Ashley has the most healing hands I have ever experienced and I have had many massages in my life, in different states and countries.
I started seeing Ashley at the beginning of my last pregnancy. I do not think I could have made it comfortably through my pregnancy without her! I saw her up until a few days before I had my daughter. I partly attribute my smooth and peaceful homebirth to her!
A very flowy yet therapeutic massage.(perfect in my opinion) Attentive to the clients needs and a calming presence. Every person I have sent to Ashley raves about her. SIMPLY THE BEST 🌸 Reiki healing is also an add on to the massage treatment which greatly helped my injured shoulder.
I’m so grateful to have found Ashley. She makes you feel welcome and cared for as soon as you walk in the door. The Lomi Lomi massage was perfect. Great pressure and energetic as well as physically therapeutic. I’ll definitely be returning.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
