From the reviews

Absolutely Amazing! I’ve gone here for both my knees and my ankles and had an amazing time. The employees are outstanding and very kind and easy to befriend. I’m now here for my neck back and shoulders lol and everyone is just such a blessing. They’re always smiling and super energetic!

★★★★★ — Brianna, Jul 2018

I recently completed my physical therapy in Manchester. When I first met Bailey I suffered from chronic back and hip pain which affected my ability to enjoy day to day activities. It was a challenge just to get out of bed.

★★★★★ — Phillip, May 2025

I have a very stubborn hamstring tendon issue. From the very bigenning of my PT to correct this issue, the whole staff at Integrated has been excellent. Steve Wolak actually took the time to review my case before calling for my fist visit. He is extremely knowledgeable and is woking to get my hamsting totally healed.

★★★★★ — Steve, May 2026

I had a complete rupture of my left quad tendon. Following surgery I was in a metal brace for 6 weeks during which I began therapy at Integrated Rehab. My therapist was Steve Wolak and he worked with me twice/week for 18 weeks.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
