From the reviews
Chelsea is such a pro at what she does! I have gone to her for several minor injuries, and her combination of exercises and therapy (needling, cupping, etc) really helped me heal in an efficient way. She is so patient and great at understanding what your body can handle or not.
Chelsea has been providing golf specific exercises that have kept me fit and provided me with additional confidence on the golf course. I am stronger, more fit and flexible than I have ever been and enjoying the game at a different level.
I was have excruciating back pain in my second trimester of pregnancy. Chelsea put together a detailed exercise and stretching routine to strengthen my back, hips and pelvic floor. She took the time to demonstrate and walk through each exercise and sent me a thorough follow up packet so it was easy to refer back to.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
