From the reviews

I started seeing Lacey shortly after she moved her practice to Hopkinton and I’m really happy I found her. She takes care to really listen to what’s going on with you and then attend to those details. I also love that she has the add-ons of cupping and hot stones that you can request.

To say that Lacey @ Integrated Lifestyle Massage has helped me with pain management a lot would be a huge understatement. I went to her 5-plus years ago for chronic back pain and intermittent neck pain and I can honestly say that it’s been more instrumental in managing pain that any doctor/specialist I’ve seen.

Great massage! Lacey always does wonderful job at treating specific issues or full body massage. Peaceful setting and very clean. I have been to many places but Lacey stands out as a gift to her profession. I highly recommend Integrative Lifestyle Massage

Absolutely amazing massage from Lacey! Her attention to detail, technique, pressure, and overall communication is top notch. Found her at a farmers market and so glad I did! 10 stars if I could!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
