From the reviews
Feeling Better Thanks to Taylor & Team! First off, all the staff here are excellent — it’s such a relaxed and welcoming environment. I’ve been working with Taylor, who has done an outstanding job diagnosing and treating my issue. Since starting treatment, I’ve noticed a marked improvement in my symptoms.
Concierge PT in Hopkinton is a great team of professionals , a clean facility, and overall a fun environment that includes and supports everyone. Dr. Lucas and team especially helped me with a 3 month recovery from a rotator cuff injury . I highly recommend to anyone who needs help. Keep up the great work team!
I cannot say enough positive things about Concierge Physical Therapy in Hopkinton. After struggling with chronic Achilles pain and discomfort for an extended period of time, I had nearly accepted that it was something I would have to live with.
I have been going to Concierge since injuring my neck back in August. Taylor has been my primary PT and has been great to work with. I have been really impressed with how well she has been able to accommodate my schedule and had me back to my sport after just a few weeks of rehab.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
