Ive worked with andrew multiple times and the care I received was top notch. He took time to assess my pain, pin point it, relieve it, and then give after care homework to ensure it doesnt come back. He even checked in on me to ask how I was doing.
I cannot recommend Sky and Andrew enough! I have seen both many times and always leave feeling like a new woman. Sky has helped me tremendously with chronic body pain. She is extremely intuitive and highly personalizes each service.
Andrew is Fantastic! He really cares about helping his clients and stays up to date with current evidenced based theraputic modalities. My favorite one is where he uses a modality called BMT that allows him to uses electricity through his fingers to get to deeper muscles in your body.
Highly recommend. I received a 4 hand experience from Sky and Andrew to address the multitude of issues I have. This was an amazing experience. I not only received relief for my pain but an education on where my pain was coming from. I cannot wait for my next appointment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
