From the reviews
Not just for athletes! Staff are highly knowledgeable in anatomy, physical therapy and personal training. Josh and Bobby are both amazing and they have added another therapist now. I've received professional therapeutic massage for at least 30 years now and there is none better.
My husband and I came up for my nieces graduation, exhausted from a full work schedule consisting of hard labor, we opted for a massage. When I tell you I called over 30 places in the area, and there was no availability I mean it. Fox muscle and joint squeezed us in, and I’m glad they did.

I had surgery for a badly broken ankle in 2024. I had to learn to walk again in physical therapy. The pain would not go away. I tried acupuncture among other things. I found Bobby Fox, who compared my ankle, post surgery to a stagnant swamp full of algae and critters.
Booking hijama (wet cupping) at Fox Muscle & Joint/Saucy Foxy
Fox Muscle & Joint/Saucy Foxy comes up as a provider that offers hijama — wet cupping, where the skin is lightly punctured after suction so a small amount of blood is drawn. If you're booking hijama specifically, a few things are worth asking before you go. First, sterility is everything — a reputable practitioner uses a fresh, single-use kit (new blades and cups) for every client and follows clean, gloved technique. It's completely fair to ask how they handle this. Second, many people booking hijama want a same-gender practitioner — a female practitioner is available here. Third, ask about aftercare and whether they observe particular days if that matters to you.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
