From the reviews
I highly recommend Inspire PT to anyone in need of physical therapy. I deal with chronic pain in my feet, hip, and back and I see Dr. Neil for PT and Dr. Brian (owner) for dry needling but the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic.
I had an absolutely incredible experience with Dr. Ian. He helped me work through a very complicated shoulder, neck, and trap issue, and provided me with all the tools to continue improving on my own. They also offer cupping and dry needling, which were nice little adjuvants to the usual PT treatment.
I highly recommend Inspire Physical Therapy. Dr. Bryan and Dr. Neil are exceptional at helping their patients recover and return to their active lifestyles. I came to Inspire in January 2025 with severe low back pain and sciatica, which was extremely painful.
Highly recommend! The staff are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The owner Brian is amazing and Neil is awesome! They both helped me recovery from a disc fusion surgery on my cervical spine. Without them my recovery would have been way longer and I probably would not be in the position I am in today.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
