From the reviews
I've been hooked on Inner G since I had my first massage with Griselle about 3 years ago. She does have a magic touch and great energy, her technique varies from situation to situation, so does the pressure and she offers something that is both healing and soothing that really works for me.
I've always enjoyed massages, but was looking for something a little more detailed. I have chronic illnesses and chronic pain, and was impressed by the variety of treatment types when booking. Opted for a therapeutic massage with Natalia and it was incredible.
I have been coming here for years. The massages are always great and they take the time to listen and accommodate accordingly. The location is always clean and has the relaxing atmosphere you are looking for when trying y to relax.
By far THE BEST massages I have ever received! I can't stay away. The place was easy to find, lots of parking. The location is so beautiful and staff are extremely friendly. All my areas of concern were focused on and I walked out feeling like a brand new women! I can't forget to mention Chicana owned!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
