From the reviews

I was able to visit Heal & Flo today for some cupping, body work, and sound healing medicine and it was one of the BEST experiences I’ve had in my life! That is a pretty wild statement but I stand by it.

★★★★★ — Selena, Jan 2022

I can’t recommend this body worker enough. They are incredibly caring, kind, and deeply thoughtful in their approach. From the very beginning, they asked thorough, insightful questions about what my body has been through and truly listened to my answers. I felt seen and respected the entire time.

★★★★★ — Geez, Dec 2025

I have seen Amanda a handful of times and I always come away better than I was. I love all the different modalities they use, especially the cupping! I work on my feet and afters my visits I truly feel relief from deep pain held everywhere in my body.

★★★★★ — Amy, Dec 2021

I had a hot stone with CBD oil massage along with cupping done by Amanda. The space itself is very welcoming and comforting. I immediately felt at ease upon entering. Amanda asked health questions and ensured that I walked away with information to continue care for my own body.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
