From the reviews
I've been coming here for a long time, the staff is always kind, and all of the therapist are top notch. I have been to other therapy locations however I must say this place is by far the best. I will never go another therapist.
The boring stuff: Clean, friendly, easy to get to, inviting, nice front desk staff. The good stuff: WOW. If someone would have told me I'd ENJOY going to work on a ruptured Achilles tendon, I'd have throw pocket dirt in their eyes and run away.
I wouldn’t be able to accurately describe the quality of service provided here. Every one (not just the person you are seeing) on the staff are very friendly and very well trained in their craft, they are more than helpful and take the extra time to explain how the joints and muscles work and how the exercises will…
I had surgery on March 3,3026. Two day afterwards I started PT it was great they showed be how to use my left leg to get myself in and of bed which was the beginning of a great bargain in the rest is history.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
