Amazing! Hopefully this review will help people understand what to expect. It was not at all what I expected but it was much better! I’m used to traditional American style massages. When you go in it’s got a doctor office kind of feel. You have to fill out a form explaining the pain and symptoms you have.
Decided to just walk in on a Sunday. I was serviced immediately. I was very surprised by the quality. The deep tissue massage was actually deep. I have paid more for massages that were way worse .I will be a returning client.
I've had many massages in my life. Marie is one of the best. I'm so glad I found her I will become a regular. Don't ask for a deep tissue if you can't handle it. My back was pretty tweeked out , I feel so much better today.
They made me feel like a new person!!!! I got the deep tissue massage and oh my!!!! Every ache and pain was gone and i try to come often to Zen whenever I'm in town.... Trust me!!!! you won't regret it and the prices are reasonable..! 💕💜❤
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
