Today I treated my daughter and myself to a Spa Day. Candace did our Pedicures, with the hot stones. Omg it was amazing. She is the sweetest and took her time. She was very attentive. Loved it. Tess did our Massages. Oh that girl knows what she is doing. I seriously thought I would fall asleep, I was so relaxed.
Ashley gave a tremendous massage. She focused on the areas that I asked for and the pressure was perfect. She adjusted when and where needed. She also gave great advice after the massage showing that she truly cared about the healing benefits of the massage.
I had an incredible prenatal massage with Ashley! I’m 35 weeks pregnant and had lots of tension in my lower back which she worked out. Absolutely would recommend her and Indulge Spa for any pregnant mamas!
I have had many massages with different therapists over the last 20 years. Ashley gave me one of the best I have had. After just talking for a few minutes she was able to pin point the exact areas that needed work. She checked in often to make sure the pressure was right and gave me some pointers that I can do at home.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
