From the reviews
My mom and I went to Thien, and we feel like new people! He makes sure to take the time to understand your needs and to address them in the most effective way possible. Both of us had neck issues, but after seeing Thien, the pain has gone away with little to no soreness the day after. Highly recommend!
I can’t recommend Thien highly enough. For the better part of last year, I had been hobbling around with persistent discomfort and at times pain in my left knee and barely felt any stability or support. It was frustrating and limiting, to say the least. From my very first session with Thien, I noticed a difference.
We've been seeing Thien the last couple of months for my son's heel pain. Thien is amazing. Every time my son leaves the sessions, he is walking better with no limp and in less or no pain. Thien will also give my son exercises to do at home in order to strengthen muscles to prevent the pain from happening again.
Wow….just wow 🤯. Thien is not just an LMT, he is a miracle worker! I have chronic back issues, hip dysplasia, neuropathy the list goes on. I have indeed felt relief from LMT’s in the past, but what makes Thien unique is his holistic way of resolving the root of the issue.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
