From the reviews

Such an amazing experience with Monique, I can’t recommend Indigo enough. The entire place is absolutely gorgeous - very welcoming, smells amazing, well lit and you can tell there’s a lot of intentionality behind it. I had a 90 minute massage and it was truly the best I’ve ever had.

Wow, I don’t even know where to begin. I had a membership at two locations of a popular massage chain for a while, but was never totally satisfied, no matter who I saw, and having fibromyalgia, I can be very sensitive to massage. The last time I had a massage at that chain, which I won’t name, I was in pain for days.

★★★★★ — Jessica, Mar 2023

Professional services offered in a sleek, yet calming, newly renovated space. Easy to get to and on street parking makes this a must do for a quick get away.

Absolutely wonderful massage! Monique was pleasant, the space was lovely, and the massage the best I've had in years. I highly recommend. You will not regret it!!!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
