From the reviews
Had shoulder/neck pain on and off for 10 years. Chiropractic helped but not enough. Finally decided to try dry needling on a particularly bad knot ( a few years ago so not sure if this is still offered). I was scheduled with Daniel. Not sure the needling helped anymore than a massage for me.
I HIGHLY recommend Impact PT! I Have had PT at our local clinics and they last 20-30 min with minimal instruction on what we should be doing at home. Impact has 60 min sessions that include different therapies I never heard of in the clinic setting. They go above and beyond!
I came to IMPACT with a painful foot injury. Matt is an excellent hands on physical therapist. He is very knowledgeable and someone I trust with my care. I also have worked with Trae doing the assigned exercises. He is very competent as well. The staff is friendly and it is a welcoming place.
Everyone at Impact Physical Therapy if very professional, knowledgeable and patient with their clients. I have been going to Gretchen for at least 10 years. I couldn’t ask for anything more from a therapist. She has helped me before and after 2 back surgeries, along with other physical problems. She is amazing!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
