From the reviews
I can’t say enough good things about Mandi! She played such an important role in my fertility and pregnancy journey. From the start, she made me feel completely comfortable and truly listened to what I was going through.
Having planters facetious is not fun. I was referred to Mandi at Imbue Wellness by my daughter-in-law, and she really helped me. I was a little leery at first, having never tried acupuncture before. She is very gentle, understanding, caring, and a pleasure to work with.
I highly recommend Mandi, she is very friendly and professional. I trust her knowledge and her treatment process, it works! I really appreciate that she always lets you know what she is doing and will not do anything you are not comfortable with. She has many different treatment methods she uses, not just acupuncture.
I had an incredible experience with Mandi at Imbue! She took the time to really walk me through her system and explained everything in great detail. It was my first time doing acupuncture, so I really enjoyed learning about it and explained everything that she was doing throughout my visit.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
