★★★★★ — Ron, Oct 2022

Dr. Serwe has worked with my family for years providing outstanding chiropractic care. She works with adults, children and infants. Dr. Serwe takes the time to listen to your concerns and provide education on supplements without the pricey cost of some other agencies.

★★★★★ — Jill, Nov 2020

Best chiropractor I have ever been to. Dr. Jessica takes the time to figure out what is wrong with you and how to best treat it. She is also willing to offer suggestions and advice on how to care for your body. My wife had never been to a chiropractor (a little scared I suppose).

★★★★★ — Brian, Mar 2022

The Doctor is honest and thorough. She is wonderful at addressing concerns. I have been going for years. She has seen all 3 of my children; ages 13, 11 and 3 weeks and was excellent. Dr. Jessica is probably the only way I made it through my 3rd pregnancy, at 40, with very little discomfort.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
