From the reviews
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Tony. He helped my shoulder more than three other physical therapy clinics combined. I truly thought I was headed for surgery, and Dr. Tony felt like my last hope.
We are so grateful for Dr. Tony. He is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly kind and patient. He truly cares about our daughters progress and always make her feel comfortable and supported. We’ve seen real improvement, and we couldn’t be more thankful. Highly recommend.
I came to see him for my chronic shoulder and back issues that I had them for a decade plus. I had limited movement and pain, so my sleep was disturbed and exercise were compromised. Not only he has a great bedside manners but also very proficient and knowledgeable.
I’ve been training with Tony for a while now, and he’s honestly been a huge help. I was dealing with a shoulder injury for over four months and wasn’t sure when I’d be able to get back to lifting normally. I was able to get back to bench pressing and even archery again with confidence.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
