Iback Chiropractic and Physical Therapy has been a game-changer for our family! Lisa is amazing!! Their skilled team goes above and beyond with techniques like cupping and dry needling, providing top-notch care that keeps us active and healthy.
I had a great experience with Dr. Christi Christian today. The combination of cupping and chiropractic adjustments really helped relieve my tension in my neck and back. The office was clean, welcoming, and I felt well taken care of throughout the visit.
My daughter saw Lisa for PT for a shoulder injury. Lisa was amazing. She used a variety of techniques including stretches, deep tissue massage, cupping and dry needling. She listened to her goals of getting back to her sport and adjusted her therapy accordingly. I would highly recommend iBackcheck!
I have had a great experience coming to iBackCheck. I have been receiving cupping as well as chiropractic care and have been having great results! The staff is so friendly and Christi does an amazing job, she takes her time and is very thorough. I would recommend for anyone looking for some relief!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
