I started seeing Carolyn when I was diagnosed with PCOS. My husband and I were trying to conceive and I hadn’t had a period for 4 months. I wanted to take a more natural approach first before starting other methods.
I started with Carolyn as I was frustrated on my IVF journey and not having success through the process. Carolyn is not only externally knowledgeable about fertility support, but she was an amazing and kind emotional support as well. I am so thankful for her accupuncture skills and kindness.
She is amazing when I started I was unsure if this would work. I had a lot of miscarriage's and tried everything to have a baby. When I spoke to her she said give her three months and I did. I followed everything she said even taking herbal vitamins that she has.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
