My husband and I came down from VA to celebrate our anniversary and we desperately needed a massage. Risa & Brittany literally revived us and pulled out all those damn knots we didnt know we had. This was also our first time trying cupping, it was amazing 90 minutes massage was definitely not enough.
Best massage! Luna was so kind and thorough! I did the 90 min and adding stretching. She was so helpful in making sure I was stretched well to help the pain in my lower back! She is so intentional and caring when it comes to her clients! The facility is so nice and feels just like a spa!

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and can’t believe I haven’t left a review! Ive tried a lot of their masseuses and they’ve all been good, but once I got to try Mei I never could go back. She is incredible.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
