This place is a best kept secret! I love Flower! I always get my deep tissue massage with fire cupping. Sometimes I’ll ask Flower to stand on my back or she’ll use her hands for the deep tissue. She’s also very good at working out the knots. She also always offers to stretch me out because my muscles are always tense.
I recently had a Swedish massage with Hua, and I can't say enough about the experience. She is incredibly skilled and professional, and her calming presence made me feel at ease right away. From the moment the massage began, Hua's technique was fantastic.
We were visiting the area and looking for a true deep tissue massage and found Hua and Amy. What an incredible experience. Both are exceptionally skilled and consistent every single time. My husband is a massage therapist in Iowa, and he said if we lived here, he would be broke because he would book with them weekly.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
