I'm always telling my fellow truckers that live in the area this is the office they definitely want to go to for their Dot physicals.
My best friend gifted me a 60-minute full body massage for my birthday. I scheduled my appointment with Megan over the phone—she was very nice and professional. When I arrived, my session was with Levi, who was respectful, friendly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The ambiance was relaxing.
This place was phenomenal! Came for a DOT physical. $105. Was greeted immediately by Janet and Megan. Friendly people. Welcoming environment. Was a walk in and they got me right in. They got me into a room quickly. Met with Dr Alec, and he was really friendly!
Alec Marcantonio has been treating me for my back and neck. He is awesome. I have for the past 20 plus years gone to physical therapy. What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
