From the reviews

I highly recommend Holly for anyone in need of a top-notch massage therapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has a ton of experience, which is evident in the outstanding results I've seen with my chronic shoulder and hip pain.

★★★★★ — Mark, May 2024

I’m incredibly thankful that I found Holly’s Bodyworx. I’ve experienced decades of chronic back and neck pain and have spent thousands on inconclusive tests and treatments only offering slight temporary improvements. That changed when I found Holly, whose approach can actually treat the problem.

★★★★★ — Stephanie, Aug 2025

I have been getting regular massages for years and decided to try Holly recently. I have now had many hours of bodywork with her. I love her unique approach with a combination of sustained pressures, joint mobilization and myofascial release techniques. I highly recommend 90 minute sessions with her.

★★★★★ — Jeremy, May 2024

Holly is an amazing therapist! She has many years of experience and additional training in myofascial release therapy. You will feel greater mobility, less muscle tension and stress after each session.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
