This place is awesome! Everyone is super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The Acupuncture is the BEST! There is also massage, reiki, and other therapies, in addition to the store front that carries neat stuff. Did I mention the ACUPUNCTURE? The BEST!-- Oh, and free parking!
This is one of my favorite stores in Medfield. I can walk in, and buy gifts for so many friends. There are healing stones, holistic wraps for your neck, jewelry that is so simple and beautiful. They just picked up mushroom products, from powder to gummies, and dark chocolate enhanced with mushrooms.
I’ve been going to see Michelle for deep tissue massage for almost two years now and I can honestly say it has been one of the smartest moves I’ve made in years. If you work on your feet all day like myself, do yourself a favor and make an appointment!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
