I’ve been seeing Sabrina for about a year now, typically my appointments consist of acupuncture, cupping, vitamin injections, and massage. Today I was lucky enough to experience her brand new service, the Qi beauty facial and wow my mind is officially blown away!
Sabrina is AMAZING!! I'm a hairdresser and have many back, neck,.. ya know the whole body! lol. She does magic! I have seen her for massage, acupuncture, cupping, stone work, and injections! I also had kinesio taping to hold my dislocated shoulder in so I could work!
Sabrina is by far the best acupuncturist I've ever been to. She's extremely knowledgeable and sweet and thanks to her I've finally gotten some relief from sciatic pain. I highly recommend her!
Sabrina is a wonderful practitioner!!! The experience of acupuncture is only good when someone knows what’s their doing!! But, it also has to be done in a space that has good energy!! Her rooms are beautiful and she’s made many of the beautiful items in the room!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
