From the reviews
I highly recommend Robin's chiropractic services. I have visited numerous chiropractors in Columbus and Norfolk, and she stands out for her exceptional patient care. Robin takes the time to actively listen to my concerns and provides personalized treatment plans.
Dr. Hoffmeister is very thorough and effective. You can really tell that she cares about you and your health. She is also very knowledgeable, and knew about my rare genetic condition prior to me seeing her for the first time.
Dr. Hoffmeister was able to help me with my neck pain and headaches as well as my lower back after an injury. She was thorough and offered effective treatment. If you are looking for a fantastic chiropractor with a great bedside manner, then you must go see Dr. Hoffmeister!
I love this Chiropractor! Very knowledgeable, super kind, very honest and adjusted in ways others havent. If I could give her another star, I would. She adjusted my husband like a champ! Ill definitely continue using her.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
