I don’t like leaving bad reviews, so this is more of a constructive one. I visited this place once, and as soon as I walked in, everything felt so welcoming, and it smelled amazing! However, that day, my therapist had scheduled three clients at the same time.
I booked a last minute couples massage, because we spent the weekend moving furniture. This was the best thing we could have ever done. It loosened the tight muscles we forgot we even had. The facility was spot less and Mrs.Sheila and Ashley seemed quit experienced with those hands.
I had the pleasure of being pampered by Ms Sheela for my prenatal massage and all I can say is, no one can compete with authenticity, love and real care. You can tell that she truly loves doing her job and you can feel it in every touch and every caring word she shares. I can’t wait to be back.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
