From the reviews

Erin is great. The cupping and hot towels are a huge plus. Seems to be hard to find therapists that incorporate these lately. I always leave not only relaxed, but more importantly, having received healing for my body. My muscles are a mess from work and I need someone that is willing to work the problem areas out.

I have been going to Erin for over a year for chronic back and neck pain. Since going to Erin my quality of life has significantly increased. I feel less dull and sharp pain throughout my day and feel like I am getting more mobility back.

You must see Erin! I started seeing her for prenatal massages, and having been going back since. Shes fantastic at prenatal and full body massages. If you need to get those knots out with pressure she’s the therapist for you. Her pressure is amazing! And she checks in with you to make sure it’s not to hard.

I've been seeing Erin for massages regularly, and this time I decided to go for the 120-minute session—it was absolutely worth every minute and more! Erin always delivers an incredible experience, and this one was no exception.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
