If you’re lucky enough to land on ToriT2 at Massage Heights in Boerne, just know—you’ve officially won the self-care lottery. Tori has this rare superpower of reading the room (and your muscles). Want total zen silence where you forget what day it is? Done. Feel like chatting and laughing your way through the session?

I cannot recommend Mandi enough! I recently had a Swedish massage (firm pressure) and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, the space was clean, calm, and instantly relaxing. The massage itself was exceptional.

Had a 90 min massage. Audree did a great job, as usual. Currently the building is undergoing construction but that didn't disturb me/us at the time. I have a membership for a monthly hour for a massage, so I paid $40 for the additional 30 minutes. I feel it should be less but I don't do the extra add-ons often.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
