From the reviews
Echo PT is absolutely the best when it comes to providing one on one physical therapy that is tailored to YOU. I love how easy it is to make an appointment and find an appointment time that works for my schedule. Dr. Tim has been super helpful in ensuring that my recovery has been goal oriented and thorough.
So, we met Craig when he treated our daughter’s torn hamstring, and a UCL tear a few years later. She was able to continue her sport because of his expertise and ability to inspire her to do the hard work. Injuries happen but they shouldn’t keep you from doing what you love!
After over 20 years as a fighter pilot, my back and neck had taken a serious toll. I had been to countless other physical therapists, doctors, and chiropractors, all of whom failed me and had me convinced I’d just never get back to the person I was before. Craig completely changed my mind and my outlook.
Craig at Echo Physical Therapy deserves a five-star review for his exceptional care and expertise in treating my daughter's shoulder injury. He is a true professional with a deep understanding of sports-related injuries, which was evident throughout the treatment process.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
