From the reviews

Best massage I’ve ever had! Heather was super sweet & made sure the pressure was just right. I like more of a deeper pressure & she had no problem accommodating that. She has hot stones, CBD oil, cupping…whatever you need to help relax, she has it!

I always feel so good when I leave Heather's massage! Her style is more than just a traditional rub down, but she actually incorporates body work, stretching, cupping and other techniques to help relieve pain.

★★★★★ — Miranda, Aug 2025

I have used Heather for at least 15 years. I’ve seen many many therapists, she is the best hands down. She is extremely professional and she cares about her clients. She is very easy and cooperative in scheduling but she is in high demand. Deep tissue hard core massage QUEEN!

I have only the BEST things to say about Heather. She is a highly skilled and educated massage therapist who was able to get a chronic neck paid I'd been having for over 6 months feeling better in just a few sessions. She is highly professional, really listens to what her clients need, and is a gifted healer.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
