From the reviews

I can't thank Brooke enough for the incredible work she did on me! I had been dealing with constant leg cramping that was really affecting my daily life. After a session with Brooke, she used cupping therapy to work some magic, and the cramping completely stopped.

★★★★★ — Stephanie, Jan 2025

I had an amazing experience with massage and cupping therapy here. Brooke is very professional and has a calming, gentle energy that can be felt when you walk in. Her flow, pressure, and technique were great and exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

The heated table was an unexpected delight! Brooke has the certifications, knowledge, and professional touch to achieve your desired results! I do tree work for a living and had an Achilles surgery. She did great work from head to toe finding knots I didint know I had and paying close attention to my surgerysite.

★★★★★ — Watson, Jan 2025

I do CrossFit and beat my body up pretty regularly, so I’ve had a lot of massages over the years. Brooke is by far the best I’ve ever worked with. You can tell right away that she knows exactly what she’s doing, her work is super intentional and effective. She’s in a league of her own.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
