From the reviews
Gabe is a fantastic practitioner. He is very knowledgeable about the body, injuries, and prescribes exercise and manual therapy to reduce pain and help people return to activity. I am a runner and very active in my mid 40s and I trust Gabe to help keep me moving!
Gabe is great! With PT I’ve found, you get what you pay for and often times, what your insurance covers, isn’t always the best outcome. You can have the best surgical experience but if your PT experience is poor, your outcome and speed of recovery can be limited.
Thanks to Gabe, and an incredible commitment to excellent PT/rehab Im back to getting after life in the great outdoors and doing my job as a Neonatal Critical Care transport nurse (both air and ground).
I originally went to Gabe to try out the Novathor for chronic hip pain linked to Sciatica. The Novathor and laser definitely helped my hip but I believe the physical therapy combined with exercise dramatically reduced my hip pain.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
