“I’ve had massage from most of the places in town over the last 15yrs for a variety of injuries and I can say without a doubt that she is the most knowledgeable and amazing therapist I’ve ever been to!”
“Zoe listened to my needs and the session was extremely intentional which left me feeling not only relaxed but also refreshed and “lightened” which is hard to do in pregnancy!”

“She has literally put my on the path to a fast recovery from shoulder problems, to back problems in a matter of days that would have otherwise taken weeks to heal.”
From the reviews
Each massage is an individualized experience, targeting my specific needs. You not only get the overall “feel good” massage, but Zoe has also helped me work through injuries over the years, and has been a big part of my success as I ramp up my running goals.
Zoe was recommended by a friend as “the best massage therapist!!” and goodness if that’s not the truth! I’ve had a variety of different massages over the years some really good and others ok, and was specifically needing a prenatal massage that also promoted generalized stress/anxiety relief.
Zoe is an incredible body worker who has provided me with skilled massage therapy and guidance throughout the years. Her ample training paired with intuitive skills has uniquely targeted the roots of my somatic issues, where other practitioners have failed to effectively address.
Zoe continually amazes me. She understands the human body, both physiologically and energetically. She has literally put my on the path to a fast recovery from shoulder problems, to back problems in a matter of days that would have otherwise taken weeks to heal.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
