I decided to test this place out since my previous encounters were not the standard here in south Florida. So I Went here for the first time to get the combo massage. I asked if they did cupping as well and they said it can be included for free for $70 an hour. What a steal.
I did a perfect massage that I never had before in the healthy massage spa . I am recommending highly . It worth and great effect to use the hot stone , Chinese medicine oil and fire cupping! I love all of their services really. I will often go there to do massage therapy to be my healthy!
Beyond amazing! The calm surroundings and friendly staff made my experience a memorable one. Having lived in Thailand for years I was familiar with Thai massage but the massage here made those experiences seem second rate. What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
