I'd highly recommend to anyone who is trying to find a different form of pain relief/management/solution for joints, spine, stiffness, etc. and wants to exhaust options before major surgeries or anything extreme!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about this office. Ireland is hands-down the reason I keep coming back — she is truly the best. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and always makes sure I leave feeling better than when I walked in. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that makes all the difference.
This is such a great place to go! The front office staff is always very helpful and friendly. The chiropractic/rehab team is knowledgeable and kind. Always making sure you are comfortable with the work they are doing.
I’ve always been scared to go to the chiropractor because of how aggressive it looked online. But Dr.Jade has done wonders! It’s only been two weeks and I feel better already. Everyone is super friendly, open to questions and reassuring. I’m glad I came here for my adjustments!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
