From the reviews
As someone who deals with chronic pain (hEDS, along with a host of commorbidities), I'm use to hurting and not having many options. I have tried everything, from western medicine, to holistic medicine... supplements, medications, cupping, dry needling, massages, cold therapy and all kinds of other therapies.
Excellent care with access to great treatments and technology. Before HealthSource I would only go to the chiropractor when I was in pain, and I was hesitant when Dr.
I had a very positive experience at HealthSource Chiropractic. From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. They didn’t just rush through the appointment—they asked thoughtful questions and really took the time to understand my situation.
I have been seeing Dr. Rob for regular adjustments for over 4.5 years now. He and his staff are always so caring and kind, and so accommodating. Dr. Rob always listens to my questions and concerns and takes them seriously. He checks-in and supports me in my larger wellness goals.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
