Had a great experience working with Mike and his team here. He went the extra mile each and every visit to look into why I had the back pain I was experiencing. Always trying new approaches and inventive ways to treat my pain. As well he always had an open ear and truly listened when I spoke about what was going on.
I started going there about 9 weeks ago after I had surgery for a torn hamstring. The vibe there is awesome. They always make you feel comfortable. I'm super happy with the progress I'm making. Michael, Michelle, and Olivia are great and really friendly.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
