Why Healthlings is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “inese Medicine, we use the tongue and pulse as one of our most valuable diagnostic tools; so we will look at those as well. After the health asessment we will formulate a treatment which may include acupuncture needles, cupping, gua sha,…” source →

From the reviews
I can’t recommend Kristina Yotive’s services enough. She’s truly one of the best acupuncturists I have had the pleasure of working with. Her expertise in Eastern Chinese medicine is impressive and she has taught me invaluable lessons about body literacy and how to identify signs of stress.
Kristina is a caring, kind, knowledgeable and very skilled Acupuncturist. What is amazing is she works with a lot of athletes, people with asthma and other folks with a variety of health conditions. She not only does gentle work with the needles, but her cupping skills are incredible.
I have been to acupuncturists for sciatica three or four times over the years. This sciatic nerve inflammation was by far the most painful. But after my first visit to Healthlngs, I experienced the strongest acupuncture result ever. Dr. Kristina's level of training in acupuncture and Chinese Medicine is impressive.
For two years, I have had such pain in my left leg and back that I could not walk a mile nor cycle anymore. I worked with deligent chiropractors, a marvelous therapeutic massage therapist and just a couple of months ago, I started working with an extremely effective Physical Therapist.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
