From the reviews

I just had the pleasure of getting a massage from Kosha and I’m feeling great! I’ve had a few shoulder injuries in the past and as an amateur thrower have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders. She quickly found the pain points and diligently worked them out with perfect pressure.

I recently had alot of knots in my back from workouts and stiff neck due to sleeping wrong. Kosha was able to help loosen my neck and really get those knots out my back! I also received cupping which helped me generate blood flow to really sore areas and help me recover so much faster!

★★★★★ — Christpusha, Jun 2024

This was hands down one of the best massages I've ever had! Kosha was so sweet and created such a peaceful environment. It was my first time doing cupping and I was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely be going back!

Kosha was very professional and understanding with my needs. The location was easy to find, she also gave great directions on top of that just in case i got lost. The room was clean and had a very relaxing vibe. I got the Swedish massage with hot stones and it was so great! I definitely will be back again!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
