What clients say about the cupping here
“Rachel is caring, compassionate, skilled and knowledgeable.”
From the reviews
4 weeks post op and went for a session today. I was having pain and extra inflammation, as expected. Rachel went above and beyond and I say that because when my session was over, I had wayyy less pain in my foot. As the evening went on, my ankle didn’t swell as it had been since surgery.
Rachel is highly intuitive coupled with extensive Acupuncture knowledge. She is able to tune into what her patients need and treat them as a whole. She truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make them feel at ease.
I love this service! The acupuncture has helped my husband and I a lot! My husband feels less stressful and he’s also more energetic. 5 stars! Would recommend. Try it and you’ll see the difference.
Everything I expected! Look forward to creating a relationship, my hip feels better and movement is more fluid. Would recommend you check this place out, Rachel is wonderful!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
