From the reviews

Sarah is phenomenal. It’s hard to find a good lymphatic massage therapist, and I’ve been to many. She is easily at the top of the list. Her gentle but thorough approach, combined with techniques like cupping and deep tissue work, makes a huge difference every time.

Sarah is an exceptional massage therapist who I highly recommend, particularly if you're seeking not just physical relief but also a truly comforting and restorative experience. From personal experience, Sarah possesses a remarkable and effective technique.

Sarah did a great job as always! This time adapting to a prenatal massage for the first time and I felt much better and relaxed when I left. I try to see her for a massage once a month at least. Highly recommend!

★★★★★ — Katy, Nov 2024

I highly recommend Sarah for a pre-natal massage! I had one that was fantastic and left me feeling so relaxed and refreshed. At 36 weeks, I am starting to get uncomfortable in most positions, especially laying down, and I have been holding a lot of tension in my back.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
